Yes! NÜMA squishies are safe for everyone, but children under 14 must be supervised while using them. Some designs may contain small components, which could pose a risk if not handled properly.

Australia: Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days, and delivery typically takes 2-8 business days after shipping.

International: Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days, and delivery ranges from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.

All orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia. Once your order is received, it will be ready within 1-3 business days before being shipped with the delivery times listed above.

No change-of-mind returns. Since all NÜMA products are handmade, once a squishy has been played with, it cannot be resold. Returns are only accepted if the product is faulty upon arrival, or original package including parcel box NEVER opened.

If you receive a faulty product, please email admin@thenuma.com with:
- Your order number
- A video of unboxing from the original packaging to show that the defect existed before opening

Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted if the product was already opened and used.
